Dress Code for 2022 - 2023 School Year
Uniforms
Solid navy blue or white (short or long sleeved) shirts with no emblem, logo, or decoration are to be worn. (uniform)
Black or gray Kinder GOLD shirts may be worn as a uniform shirt. These shirts are available at our online store. www.southerncustomprints.com
Students may wear blue jean pants, shorts and skirts that are NOT tattered, torn, ripped with holes, have cargo pockets or shorter than 4 inches above the knee.
Students may wear khaki, navy, or black pants that are NOT tattered, torn, ripped, with holes or have cargo pockets.
Students may wear khaki, navy, or black shorts, jumpers and skirts that are NO shorter than 4 inches above the knee and without tatters, tears, rips, holes or cargo pockets.
There must be a hem on the bottom of all pants.
Khaki, navy, or black bottoms (uniform) are to be worn.
No leggings/jeggings will be considered acceptable as pants.
Any jackets worn inside the building must be unbuttoned or unzipped completely.
Appropriate shoes, such as leather or canvas tennis shoes, and loafers are acceptable. No shower shoes can be worn.
There shall be no extremes in hair style or hair colors. Hair shall be neat and combed. Hair shall not cover students’ eyes at any time.
Sagging pants are not allowed.
Basic Uniform Requirements
Student dress and grooming are not to adversely affect the students’ participation in classes, school programs, other school-related activities, or detract from the learning environment of the school. Extremes in style and fit in student dress and extremes in style of grooming will not be permitted. No student shall wear, possess, use, distribute, display, or sell any clothing, jewelry, emblem, blade, symbols, sign, or other things which are evidence of affiliation with drugs, alcohol, violence, or gang related activites or exhibits profane or obscene language/gestures.
